Refund policy

Cancellations & Refunds

We understand plans can change. If you cancel your booking more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival, you'll receive a full refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 30 days of your arrival date are non-refundable; however, we will do our best to transfer your booking to an alternative date, subject to availability.

Changes & Rescheduling

If you need to adjust your booking dates, please use our contact form as soon as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and while we’ll always do our best to accommodate you, we cannot guarantee alternative dates.

Damages or Issues

Upon arrival, please notify us immediately if you encounter any issues or damages with your accommodation or any aspect of your package. We'll quickly work with you to address and rectify the situation.

Exceptions & Non-refundable Situations

Due to the nature of our experiences and necessary preparations, we do not offer refunds or credits for:

  • Early departures

  • Missed portions of your booked package (walks, fishing, meals, etc.)

  • Adverse weather conditions (unless determined unsafe by our staff, resulting in cancellations or adjustments by Wairata Station)

Refund Processing

Once we've confirmed your cancellation (if eligible), your refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
